Does Fusion tough coat yellow?

Can you paint over a top coat?
No. Like I said, you can paint over clear coat but you’ll need to sand off a layer of the clear coat before applying paint. If you want to paint over clear coat, get out your sanding block and wet sandpaper first! After sanding is done, you can safely apply two or more layers of color.
Can I paint over Fusion top coat?
Important to note: You can easily paint over it anytime if you change your mind. More tips about our Tough Coat. Be sure to gently mix your Tough Coat prior to using it as the matting agent and other ingredients may settle to the bottom.
Do you have to seal fusion mineral paint?
Fusion Mineral Paint is a 100% acrylic paint with a built-in topcoat made from 100% resin. This means you do not need to seal it with an additional product to ensure that it is waterproof. Fusion Mineral Paint is dry to the touch after 2 hours and can accept a re-coat of paint after 2 hours.

Clean up is easy with soap and warm water. Ensure the Poly is well mixed prior to use, but do not shake.
