How long can I wear it for? The Poise Impressa can be worn for 12 hours at a time, day or night. However, it should not be worn during one’s menstrual cycle. After 12 hours of use, the Impressa should be removed and thrown away; it is NOT reusable.

None of our parent testers had any difficulties when it came to inserting or removing Poise Impressa Bladder Supports, but it’s safe to use lubricant if you’d like. Although Impressa can’t be reused, discreetly disposing it is just as easy at home as it is in a public washroom. I love how discreet this is.
