The EAA Witness is a really good gun at a great price, but so is the Bersa. Both seem to eat any ammo they are fed, and are accurate. The trigger on the Bersas are usually much smoother than on the Witness. The Bersa is fully ambidextrous, but the Witness has a prettier finish.

The Witness uses a wide body magazine, and in the 45 ACP version shown here, holds ten cartridges, for a total loaded capacity of eleven rounds. Still, with the higher capacity than many 45 ACP steel pistols, the Witness is comfortable in most hands, and I find it to be extremely comfortable in mine.
