Here are some things you might be interested in knowing. My name is Matt Kish and I live in Ohio with my incredible wife Rudy, which is obviously a nickname. I haven't had any formal artistic or photographic training or education since high school in the late 1980s. I am entirely self-taught, which probably shows. I am perhaps hopelessly old-fashioned when it comes to these things, so I don't use any kind of digital assistance or trickery in the creation of these images. All the art on the site looks exactly the same on on your computer as it does on paper, and all of my photography, including the 35mm stuff, was created using only paper, chemicals, filters, and hand-made techniques in my own darkroom.
